Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent and customeroriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing insurance accounts and utilizing AMS (Applied EPIC).

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts
- Collaborate with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
- Utilize AMS (Applied EPIC) and other company systems to process policies endorsements and renewals
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve any policyrelated issues
- Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to better serve clients
- Maintain accurate and organized client files and documentation
Qualifications/Requirements
- 3 years previous experience as an Account Manager in the insurance industry
- Proficiency in using AMS: Applied EPIC (or similar software)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Current insurance licensure (or willingness to obtain)
