Wir suchen Dich als Finanzbuchhalter*in (m/w/d) fr unsere Eavor GmbH am Standort in Dsseldorf.

Deine Aufgaben
- Arbeite als Teil unseres Teams an der Erstellung des Reportings und der Prsentation der Monats Quartals und Jahresabschlsse nach IFRS und HGB
- Management eigener Arbeitspapiere Anpassung von Systemberichten Erstellung von Journalbuchungen und Durchfhrung von Kontenanalysen fr wichtige Posten des Jahresabschlusses
- Untersttzung bei der Implementierung des neuen ERPSystems NetSuite sowie des neuen APSystems Yokoy
- Untersttzung bei der Einfhrung der bisher ausgelagerten HGB Buchhaltung in das neue ERPSystem
- Untersttzung bei der Bearbeitung von AdhocAnfragen zu Finanzberichten
- Untersttzung bei der Transaktionsanalyse und Vertragsprfung nach IFRS und HGB
- Mitwirkung bei der Erarbeitung von AccountingPolicies und der bilanziellen Bewertung von laufenden Geschftsvorfllen
- Untersttzung bei der Erarbeitung und Optimierung von AccountingProzessen und interner Kontrollen von Finanzberichten in einem jungen schnell wachsenden Unternehmen
- Direktes Reporting an die Teamleiterin Accounting in Dsseldorf und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Finanzteam im Headoffice in Calgary (CA)
- Untersttzung bei der Zusammenarbeit mit den Abschlussprfern
Dein Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen oder vergleichbare kaufmnnische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Wirtschaftsprfung (bevorzugt bei den Big 4 weitere 12 Jahre Erfahrung in der Industrie sind von Vorteil
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung nach HGB und IFRS
- Sehr gutes Zahlenverstndnis und schnelle Auffassungsgabe fr Zusammenhnge
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gewissenhafte strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprgte Fhigkeit Projekte und Aufgaben effizient zu verwalten und zu priorisieren
- Fhigkeit sowohl selbstndig als auch im Team effizient zu arbeiten und Freude an der Arbeit im internationalen Umfeld

We are looking for a Financial Accountant (m/f/d) to join our Eavor GmbH team in Dsseldorf.

Some of what youll do:
- Work as part of a team in the preparation of reporting and presentation of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and GermanGAAP
- Own working papers customize system reports create journal entries and perform account analysis for key financial statement line items
- Support with the implementation of the new ERP system NetSuite and the new AP system Yokoy
- Support with the introduction of the previously outsourced German GAAP accounting into the new ERP system
- Support in the processing of ad hoc requests for financial reports
- Assist with transaction analysis and contract reviews in accordance with IFRS and GermanGAAP
- Participation in the development of accounting policies and the balance sheet valuation of current business transactions
- Support in the development and optimization of accounting processes and internal controls over financial reporting in a young fastgrowing company
- Direct reporting to the accounting team leader in Dsseldorf and close cooperation with the finance team in the head office in Calgary (CA)
- Support in the cooperation with the auditors
Some of what youll need:
- Bachelors degree diploma or equivalent technical training
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of auditing (preferable with the Big 4 and 12 years of industry experience would be considered an asset
- Good knowledge of accounting according to GermanGAAP and IFRS
- Very good understanding of figures and quick grasp of interrelationships
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Conscientious structured and resultsoriented way of working
- Strong ability to manage and prioritize projects and tasks effectively
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team and enjoy working in an international environment
