We look for a seasoned Margeting Manager to own Brand Strategy for the market. Define and Drive Country Specific Brand Strategy for Vaccines. Drive Vaccines products growth and lifecycle management forecast revenue and opex of assigned brands ensuring the realization of revenue and profitability targets in country.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide local insights and brand feedback to Managers
Tailor brand and execute brand strategies to local market needs and define local priorities for a brand
Select bestfitting modules from Global Content; translate and transcreate brand materials as needed
Manage local agencies for transcreation (budget scope timing and quality of project)
Forecast brand performance and track progress towards target
Allocate and execute in country brand budget
Crossfunctional brand leadership across Field Force Account Management Medical Legal Regulatory etc.
Train Field Force on product positioning and prioritization
Partner with Medical to educate KOLs on emergent medical research and differentiated product attributes
Serving as a mentor for more junior marketing positions.
QUALIFICATIONS
510 years of Pharma Marketing experience
Masters Degree; PhD. or MBA desired
Marketing Customer and Competitor Insight
Marketing
Strategic and Operational Business/Marketing Planning
Data analysis interpretation and communications
Performance and Program Metrics
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Exceptional collaboration/negotiation
Exceptional prioritization
Vendor management
Proficiency in Polish as well as English.
