Job Description

- Ongoing training in effective teaching methodologies
- All curriculum and instructional tools provided
- Monday Thursday: 3:00 PM 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM 2:00 PM
- Teach and tutor incenter online or via hybrid instruction using the Mathnasium Method
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide individualized instruction in a group setting
- Assess student learning progress and engagement during sessions
- Become proficient with digital educational tools and processes
- Maintain a safe professional and engaging learning environment
- Passion for math and working with students
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and receive training
- Solid math competency through at least Algebra I (higher levels preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- All applicants must take a math literacy test to demonstrate proficiency
- Provide work authorization
- Successfully pass a background check

Thus each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center.
