Make a difference Your mission
- Diese administrativen Aufgaben machen dir Freude: die tgliche Post Unterschriftenmanagement Koordination Meetings und Bestellwesen Verwaltung und Weitergabe von Listen Recherchettigkeiten
- Du bernimmst das Management von Fristen sowie das Meldewesen einschlielich der Pflege von Portalen
- Die Analyse neuer FrdermittelMglichkeiten macht dir Spa und du bereitest diese fr unser Unternehmen auf.
- Du bist die Schnittstelle zum KrankenkassenManagement und kmmerst dich um das Reporting supervisierst Vertragsinhalte und leitest entsprechende Manahmen fr unser Unternehmen ein.
- Die Erstellung eines monatlichen Reportings fr das Management ber Ergebnisse und Berichte liegt in deiner Verantwortung.

Was du mitbringen solltest:
- Erfahrung:Du hast eine abgeschlossene (kaufmnnische) Ausbildung und bringst mehrjhrige Berufserfahrung mit. Oder hast du eine Ausbildung als Sozialversicherungsfachangestellte*r oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss wie etwa ein Studium im Gesundheitswesen oder BWL
- ITKenntnisse:Du beherrschst Microsoft Produkte (Word PowerPoint besonders Excel und Outlook) und hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit der Google Suite. Kenntnisse in Programmen wie Medifox und SAP sind ein Plus aber kein Muss
- Affinitt zur Gesundheitsbranche:Du brennst fr Themen rund um das Gesundheitswesen und bist ber gesetzliche Voraussetzungen (SGB V SGB XI) informiert.
- Kommunikationsstrke:Du kannst dich sowohl mndlich als auch schriftlich sehr gut ausdrcken.
- Arbeitsweise:Du arbeitest strukturiert und selbststndig erledigst terminkritische Aufgaben souvern und hast eine lsungsorientierte Denkweise.
