What Youll Be Doing
- Operate and maintain concrete batch plant equipment.
- Ensure accurate batching of concrete materials.
- Monitor quality control processes and adjust as necessary.
- Coordinate with drivers for timely delivery of concrete.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the plant.
What Are We Looking For
- Strong understanding of concrete batching processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Capability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to postoffer preemployment physical examination and background check.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
