Job Description
- Manage and optimize the flow of value through the Agile Release Train (ART) using tools such as JIRA Confluence and Power BI dashboards.
- Establish and maintain annual iteration and Program Increment (PI) calendars.
- Facilitate PI Planning readiness by enabling Continuous Exploration guiding the creation of the Vision Roadmap and Backlogs.
- Lead and support pre and postPI planning events.
- Collaborate with Deputy Program Managers of Engineering (DPMEs) project teams and crossfunctional stakeholders across the company.
- Coordinate tasks and priorities across subcontractors developing mitigation strategies to address risks and maintain program schedules.
- Partner with customers and engineering teams to develop comprehensive RTE planning.
- Demonstrate familiarity with space/ground systems hybridcloud enterprise solutions and largescale program integration.
- Certified Release Train Engineer (RTE) with experience in largescale hardware/software programs.
- Experience with Agile frameworks particularly SAFe and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of DoD programs and systemslevel thinking.
- Previous experience as a Scrum Master on integrated HW/SW projects.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively drive continuous improvement and maintain a growth mindset.
