Requirements
Qualifications
- Active New York State Physician Assistant License
- Board Certification required
- New graduates are welcome to apply
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans
- Administer medications and issue prescriptions as needed
- Maintain and update patient medical records
- Provide preventative and therapeutic treatments
- Assist physicians with procedures and communicate patient concerns
- Monitor patient progress and follow up on outcomes
- Handle medical emergencies and urgent care needs
- Perform routine procedures such as blood pressure checks injections and wound care
- Build rapport and foster trust with patients and families
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure highquality patient care
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
