The opportunity
We are looking for a Procurement Contract & Bid Administration Experienced Professional in Milano who will be responsible for managing work associated with coordinating negotiating and administering procurement proposals bids and contracts with suppliers/vendors.
How youll make an impact
- Coordinate the preparation of contract and bid documents
- Ensure appropriate approvals are obtained throughout the process
- Collect and analyze technical financial and legal information as input to contract and bid documents
- Liaise with applicable technical finance or legal teams on matters requiring review
- Document performance and service level agreements and monitor vendor/supplier performance against those agreements.
Your background
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics or similar;
- >3 years of experience in a similar role;
- Good knowledge of Italian and English;
- Proactivity good attention to detail and strong communication skills are required.
