Job Description
Automotive Dealership Coster/Biller
We arecurrently seeking a motivated detailed and highly organized individual to join our team. If you have a genuine desire to succeed we want to talk to you.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Costing New and Used Car Deals
- Processing Dealer Trades and Wholesales
- Process Sales Staff Commissions for Payroll
- Process Vehicle Titles Accurately and Efficiently
- Manage Titling Paperwork in Compliancewith State Regulations
- Track/Follow up on Missing Titles
- Process Rebates/ Incentives/ Dealership Discounts
- Submitting Customer Payoffs
- Purchase Vehicles into Inventory
- Reconcile Schedules
- Issue/ Disburse Checks
Job Requirements
- Previous Automotive Experience Preferred
- Familiarity with DMV Processes and Title Regulations
- Some Evenings and Saturday Hours
- Ability to Provide Quality Customer Service
- Willingness to Take Initiative
- Quality Writing and Grammar Skills
- Computer Literacy
- Ability to Perform Job Responsibilities and Meet Deadlines Easily
- Detailed Follow Up
- Professional Appearance
- Ability to Work Independently Within a Team and Multitask
