The Red Hat IT Experience team is looking for a Senior Business System Analyst to join our team and support workplace applications in Raleigh NC. In this role you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance workplace applications ensuring they align with business needs and technical requirements. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to implement and optimize workplace systems on a global scale while ensuring security and legal compliance. Your expertise in business analysis system implementation and compliance management will be essential in driving operational efficiency and improving user experience and productivity to align with our company goals.
Responsibilities:
Partner with the GWS Tools Product Manager and other internal business partners to fully understand customers challenges
Analyze business partners existing systems
Map and document interfaces between legacy and new systems
Translate customer requirements into highly developed requirements document
Identify options for potential solutions and assess them for technical suitability
Conduct requirements analysis and prepare specific proposals for modified or replacementSystems.
Responsible for the Workplace applications security and legal compliance auditing
Work closely with colleagues developers testers and a variety of end users to ensure technicalcompatibility and user satisfaction
Oversee implementation of new applications
Plan and work flexibly to meet deadlines
Support users on change management
Keep up to date with technical and industry developments
What you bring:
Bachelors degree in an ITrelated field or comparable relevant work experience
Experience working with crossfunctional teams
Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements and develop them into concrete technical requirements
5 years of work experience in a similar position
Understanding of the software development life cycle
Strong ability to align business and technical requirements
Excellent analytical skills ability to analyze complex data and identify patterns to inform decision making
Ability to lean quickly and contribute to a team effort
Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
Selfmotivated and highly organized with an ability to inspire and deliver in a fastpacedenvironment
Good interpersonal and customerhandling skills; ability to manage expectations and explaintechnical details.
Excellent problemsolving and communication skills. Business awareness and initiative understanding of business processes and how applications support them.
(Optional) Experience with enterpriselevel workplace applications and compliance frameworks.
Pay Transparency
Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location experience applicable skills and training external market value and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hats compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus commission and/or equity. For positions with RemoteUS locations the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
