Under general direction of the Margin Manager the qualified candidate will act as a facilitator in support of growing our Independent Foodservice Sales business and reviewing all functions that can affect that growth. Ensure the accuracy of pricing and/or contract data to customers and Area Managers within the Independent Foodservice segment. Communicates and interacts with customers vendors and coworkers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and timely. Functions as a team member within the department and organization as required and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring cost and pricing of products by category to ensure profit expectations while growing sales. Monitor pricing and margin standards on new and existing items.
- Enter and monitor street deviations for Area Managers in support of sales growth and profitability expectations.
- Creates and processes weekly customer pricing for products.
- Set up and maintenance of Street Sales Rebates.
- Set up and maintain Independent Street Sales Bids and Contracts.
- Assist in performing ad hoc financial analysis.
- Backup other Finance or Sales Support staff as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Required Education: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
2 4 Years experience in Finance accounting or related area in Food Sales Procurement and/or Contracts; Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel including VLookup Pivot Tables and other formulas as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Finance Accounting or other related degree; 46 years experience in Food Sales Procurement Contracts in the Foodservice Industry.
