About the Role
As a Store Administrator youll play a key role in supporting the operational backbone of the store. You will manage administrative tasks with precision and efficiency help customers with inquiries and ensure all transactions and orders are processed accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and reconcile invoices and purchase orders with accuracy
- Process and track online orders ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and care both instore and online
- Maintain uptodate records in POS and ecommerce systems
- Collaborate with the sales inventory and support teams to ensure seamless operations
- Support daytoday store functions as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience with point of sale (POS) systems and ecommerce platforms
- Comfortable navigating customer support tools and platforms (e.g. email chat ticketing systems)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A problemsolver with a positive cando attitude
- Previous retail or administrative experience is highly desirable
