Job Description
We are the leading player in the Energy sector in Greece. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do and we constantly seek new waystomake them happy through our products & services. To further support our growth we are expanding our teams and we are seeking to recruit Athens based:
FrontEnd Developer
The role will:
- Develop frontend functionality for platforms like My Account SelfCare Portal and Mobile App based on approved designs and business needs.
- Participate in requirement analysis and collaborate with key users and UAT testers to ensure clear understanding of technical specifications.
- Support users during testing phases helping identify gaps bugs or missing functionalities for further development.
- Collaborate with backend developers and IT team members to ensure smooth integration and optimal performance.
- Provide ongoing support to business users helping troubleshoot issues and improve application usability.
Requirements
- 23 years of experience in a similar frontend development role ideally working on digital platforms such as customer portals selfservice tools or mobile applications.
- BSc in Computer Science or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus.
- Proven handson experience with Angular & JavaScript for application development.
- Solid understanding of backend fundamentals (e.g. REST APIs .
- Proficient in using Visual Studio Code as the primary development environment.
- Experience with source code versioning systems such as Git (e.g. Bitbucket GitHub).
- Fluency in English both written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Nice to have:
- Experience with the Ionic Framework for mobile app development.
- Exposure to other frontend frameworks such as or React.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g. Drupal WordPress).
- Handson experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and project management workflows; good understanding of the Azure Portal and its key services.
- Knowledge of UX principles and experience using Figma or Adobe XD.
