You will be a part of fast paced highly collaborative team of talented software engineers developing a common ground solution to fly a heterogeneous constellation of satellites including SmallSats. You also will also get to work with advanced software technologies and architectures.
What You Will Do
Design develop test deliver and maintain software for a cuttingedge satellite ground system.
Work with talented teams of engineers architects and leaders.
What You Will Learn
A breadth of advanced software technologies and techniques including multitiered architectures AWS web services and microservice software design.
Modern DevSecOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery techniques.
Satellite ground system technologies including command & telemetry flight dynamics planning and scheduling and spacecraft operations.
Qualifications You Must Have
A Bachelors degree in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 5 years of software engineering experience.
Experience with objectoriented software development using Java in a Linux environment.
Domain knowledge in Satellite Ground Control Command and Telemetry Antenna Control Mission Planning or Ground Equipment Control.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued TS/SCI security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience programming C Python and JavaScript.
Experience with DevSecOps (e.g. automated pipelines automated feature tests and CI/CD).
Experience with PostgreSQL.

Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.
Clearance Information: This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS) an agency of the Department of Defense handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. Aurora CO: salary range for this role is 82000 USD 164000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
