This position exists to facilitate the recruitment and enrollment initiatives of the college. This position will be to lead the planning and coordination of prospective student introductions to SCTCC via special programming campus tours group presentations and open houses along with related follow up activity and outreach that contributes to prospective student engagement in the enrollment process. This position will be responsible for maintaining a comprehensive knowledgebase to counsel and advise students on a widevariety of topics including the admissions and enrollment processes career and program major choices academic curriculum job placement and market trends financial aid and paying for college Minnesota residency requirements housing options basic needs supports student life and child care services. This person will also create enhance and maintain recruitment strategies that align with the overall strategic enrollment management and marketing plans for the college. This person will work closely with the CRM manager to make recommendations on the utilization and optimization of the CRM for outreach and data collection.
This position also serves as an Academic Advisor for new and returning PSEO students partnering with the PSEO Coordinator and Director of Recruitment and Outreach as needed to support matriculation registration and retention of identified PSEO students. This includes comprehensive academic advising knowledge of SCTCCs academic programs available offerings for PSEO students and support resources such as financial services basic needs supports student and academic support services and student accommodations and access services.
Salary Range: $25.29 $36.71/ hour or $52806 $76650/year

In accordance with the Minnesota State Colleges & Universities (Minnesota State) Vehicle Fleet Safety Program employees driving on college/university business who use a rental or state vehicle shall be required to conform to Minnesota States vehicle use criteria and consent to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
