We are looking for a Senior Golf Tour Specialist to join a team of distinguished hospitality enthusiasts and represent our Marine & Lawn properties across Scotland.

About the Role

This role forms part of the Golf Sales Team reporting to the Golf Account Director.

This role will work with key constituents across all Marine & Lawn Hotels & Resorts (M&L) properties to provide the greatest golf and hospitality experience in the world.

Role Requirements:

• Work directly with the Golf Team and SVP of Hospitality for Marine & Lawn Hotels & Resorts in the creation and of golf trips for investors partners and associated VIPs.
• When required act as an onsite point of contact for Investors to build and maintain relationships
• Creating accurate Itineraries to provide to SVP for sharing with stakeholders whilst ensuring all the bookings are confirmed with other suppliers.
• Work with centralised reservations team to ensure speed and accuracy of booking hotel bedroom and restaurant reservations golf course teetimes and other outings as requested.
• Serve as the main point of contact for VIP clients addressing inquiries changes and special requests and ensure full communication to the hotel GM and relevant operational teams.
• Support with Golf Tour Operator relationships and any administrative tasks surrounding this segment as required.
• Work with the Golf Account Director to lead & execute the Golf Commercial Strategy for Marine & Lawn with particular focus on:

Creating & leading the implementation and success of our direct Stay & Play packages as and when required.

establish and develop The Grand Tour Experience across M&L in collaboration with our partners as it relates to golf food and beverage transportation and VIP amenities

• Assist where required with the Golf Tour Operator relationships for Marine & Lawn. This may involve introductions to new accounts managing relationships and communications to this segment and any other salesrelated tasks.
• Assist the golf team with admin and event support during and in the run up to key tournaments taking place in our key destinations.
• Manage all accounting as it relates to the acquisition of deposits reconciliation and final billing for clientele
