The Challenge
As a Sr. Principal Data Analyst at OneTrust you will play a strategic role in driving datadriven decisionmaking across the organization. While your impact will span multiple functions you will work closely with the Marketing team to ensure analytics efforts align with key business objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in solving complex challenges optimizing performance and shaping the companys future direction. We are seeking a highly analytical and resultsoriented leader who excels in crossfunctional collaboration communicates with confidence and leverages data to drive measurable business impact.
Your Mission
- Proactively analyze data from various domains including marketing sales and finance to identify key trends and relationships.
- Provide strategic marketing analytics to support Marketing operations Sales operations and enhancement efforts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives and develop approaches to solve critical business problems leveraging your experience and expertise.
- Design enhance and scale dashboards visualizations and automations to support marketing and business analytics needs.
- Work closely with leaders in Marketing to uncover insights identify opportunities and determine the root causes of performance trends.
- Apply advanced statistical techniques such as causal inference methods to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts ensuring adherence to best practices in data analysis and visualization.
- Translate complex data findings into clear and actionable recommendations for stakeholders through detailed reports presentations and interactive dashboards
You Have
- Masters Degree with a quantitative focus (Economics Finance Computer Science Statistics Engineering etc.
- 10 years of experience utilizing analytical and statistical methods to support and drive critical business outcomes.
- Experience with Marketing Analytics in a B2B environment (preferably SaaS industry).
- Proven track record of supporting and influencing business strategy through analytics.
- Expertise in advanced analytics techniques including causal modeling A/B testing and regression analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL Power BI and Python for data analysis.
- Experience with cloud data platforms particularly Snowflake is highly desirable.
- Strong quantitative analytical and problemsolving skills; highly proficient in data analysis and driving datainformed decisionmaking.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a business audience.
- A proactive approach with a bias for actionwilling to build prototypes and refine them based on feedback prioritizing progress over perfection.
- Strong curiosity and analytical mindset with a passion for diving into data details.
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently.
For California Colorado Connecticut Nevada New York Rhode Island and Washingtonbased candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range individual pay is determined by several factors including location jobrelated skills work experience and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses equity and/or commissions as well as benefits.
