Job Description
BallenIsles Country Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Seasonal FullTime Junior Maintenance Position (Now May 31st). Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with minor repairs around the property including furniture fixtures and equipment.
Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays sweeping walkways picking up litter and arranging outdoor furniture.
Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior areas of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays sweeping vacuuming dusting and arranging furniture.
Identify and report to supervisor when supplies are needed.
Regular and reliable attendance.
Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Must be able to work a flexible work schedule to include weekends and holidays fulltime through May 31st.
Physical Demands:
Frequently uses hands reaches with hands and arms. Regularly climbs balances stoops kneels crouches crawls stands walks sits. Frequently lifts or carries up to 50 pounds.
Environment/Noise:
Occasionally works in wet or humid conditions near moving mechanical parts fumes or airborne particles. Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions. Noise level is moderate.
