- Provide friendly attentive and personalized service that leaves guests feeling valued and cared for.
- Be wellversed in all areas of our food beverages and steps of service to confidently make recommendations and answer questions.
- Use our Toast pointofsale system efficiently to take orders process payments and ensure accuracy.
- Youre detailoriented organized and committed to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a smooth workflow including assisting in other areas as needed.
- Address guest feedback with a positive attitude working to turn challenges into opportunities for exceptional service.
