- Endtoend recruitment such as screening CVs from the job portals social media and other sources with virtual conducting interviews.
- Getting engaged in both IT & NonIT recruitment.
- Understanding hiring requirements ready with the best strategies to close the prioritized positions at the earliest.
- Must be active to keep updated his/her own work like maintaining tracker sheets building more databases and pipeline of candidates and more.
