Our Employment Tax practice consists of specialists with strong experience and credentials to deliver optimal outcomes for organisations in the areas of compliance review preparation of returns due diligence reviews tax effective strategies review of policies and systems and pre audit checks.
As part of the wider Workforce team strategic thinking innovation technical excellence and accuracy is at the heart of everything we do. Our practice is organised to ensure the advice we provide is not just technically correct but strategically relevant and always capable of being successfully implemented. We deliver effective solutions blending technical skills and strategy to advise top ASX organisations notforprofit companies and private clients with spectacular results.
And our team is expanding. We are now looking for a experienced Manager to help employers build trust by meeting their Australian employment tax and entitlement obligations within our vast community of solvers.
Use the knowhow youve gained in tax consulting and the experience gained in either a Big 4 Tier 2 or professional service environment to navigate an increasingly complex tax environment for clients through innovative solutions.
With new problems to solve youll have plenty of support and opportunities to grow. We work from anywhere so your strong communication skills and team ethos will get a workout. Youll learn plenty as you build lasting relationships as a trusted advisor using your strong client mindset across a range of industry specialisations in a workplace thats humanled and techenabled.
As an expert in providing tax advice to employers from large corporations SMEs and not for profits youll use your skills to assist businesses with finance transformation and automation of employment tax compliance obligations which champion imaginative ways to solve our clients most important challenges.
In our Employment Tax team youll use your Professional qualification and/or relevant Degree to:
Help employers meet their Australian employment tax and entitlement obligations including including Fringe Benefits Tax Superannuation Guarantee PayAsYouGo Withholding Payroll Tax and Workers Compensation
Use data analytics to provide relevant insights for decision making purposes
Partner with clients to provide assistance with regulatory reviews investigations disclosures and/or refund requests
Use technology to help our clients automate their employment tax functions
Support our clients with mergers and acquisitions with employment tax due diligence
Develop and provide general employment taxes advice to employers
