Zax Creamery in Montgomery IN is looking for baristas to join our team. We are located on 120 Main St. Our ideal candidate is a selfstarter motivated and reliable!

Job Type: PartTime

Flexible Schedule:

• Availability: Prefer availability for at least 24 days per week
• Optional Days: Monday through Saturday
• Operating Hours: 6:00 AM 9:00 PM Monday through Thursday and 6:00 AM 10:00 PM Friday and Saturday

Barista Duties:

• Prepare and serve espressobased drinks tea and other beverages in accordance with customer orders.
• Prepare scoops of ice cream and milkshakes.
• Prepare breakfast sandwiches
• Maintain the quality of coffee by grinding beans daily and cleaning equipment regularly.
• Provide excellent customer service engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.

Handle cash and credit transactions including operating POS systems.

Qualifications:

• Previous barista experience is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to work and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
• High integrity with a great attendance record.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively.
