As a Project ManageratCLEVR your role will be all about navigating projects for some of our major various clients in the Nordics. Working closely with our consultants youll be crafting software features using an Agile approach. Whether its a short project or a multiyear endeavor in Mendix youll be managing consultants and collaborating with stakeholders. Our project teams vary in size from solo acts to deploying a group of ten ensuring diversity in every project. Lets Build Tomorrow Together!
What makes this role unique:
Join us at CLEVR as our Project Manager. Besides people planning across multidisciplinary teams for our Nordic clients and partners you will manage the scope of multiple projects including budget time and the quality of each. This means you will set up project governance while managing expectations with various stakeholders on all levels internally and externally. You will also create a safe place to work for all consultants in your projects making sure you identify and escalate risk in a timely manner solving problems and taking appropriate actions when problems arise within the team or among clients and/or suppliers. Your role will include:
- People First: Work with multidisciplinary teams planning and strategizing for our clients and partners.
- Problem Solver: Identify and address challenges within the team with customers or suppliers.
- Project Oversight: Manage time budget scope and quality across multiple projects.
- Communication Matters: Engage in effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Program Management: Oversee a portfolio of projects acting as a program manager for a single customer.
- Realworld Solutions: Identify commercial opportunities and contribute to crafting implementation proposals.
- Project Governance: Set up project governance managing expectations with stakeholders at all levels.
What you bring to the table:
- Educational Background: Bachelors or masters degree in engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
- Expertise: Solid knowledge in engineering project management.
- Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (PSM) and Mendix certified is an advantage
- Communication Skills: Strong project management skills including effective customer communication.
- Soft Skills: Stress resilient and analytical as well as employee quality and customer satisfaction oriented.
- Language Skills: Fluent in German and English both verbally and in writing
