Job Summary
Responsible for managing a team to perform the accounting consolidating and reporting activities for the Airtron and coordination of accounting close activities of all Airtron divisions. This includes closing the divisions in Microsoft DynamicsSolomon system and exporting to SAP S4.
Essential DutiesResponsibilities
- Manage a team to perform monthly accounting close on a fiscal calendar timeline
- Coordinate division accounting close activities
- Perform monthly quarterly and yearend close process within a condensed time frame
- Perform analytical functions necessary to achieve an accurate and timely general ledger monthend close. Duties include analysis of income statement balance sheet and equity transactions financial statements and general accounting support
- Manage the analysis of reviewing projects through WIP and percentage of completion accounting
- Assist in researching reporting matters accounting principles and financial reporting rules
- Utilize financial reporting software to create maintain and update reporting templates and data queries
- Respond to ad hoc requests from key stakeholders within the organization
- Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned
- Perform all aspects of work with a high degree of effectiveness efficiency and accuracy
Work Enviroment
- Hybrid work schedule; a combination of working remotely from home and 34 days a week in the office
Minimum Requirements
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited four 4 year college/university with a major in Accounting Finance or other related discipline
- Five 5 years of fulltime accounting experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SAP Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Microsoft DynamicsSolomon

- Proficient with Microsoft applications
- Adapts effectively to new and changing environments
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of internal and external customers
