Position Overview
The ICQA Manager oversees the ICQA Supervisors and team members ensuring that all inventory control and quality assurance requirements are met. This role involves executing strategic plans supervising teams effectively addressing issues as they arise and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Job Description
- Manage develop and lead team members to complete day to day responsibilities. Meet and exceed annual objectives and performance assessment. Performance manage team members as needed.
- Monitor work distribution and make adjustments as needed to meet daily and weekly objectives.
- Ensure the accurate of key processes in compliance with standard operating procedures including proper documentation and record retention.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet both shortterm and longterm objectives. Set clear performance goals and ensure alignment with organizational priorities. Monitor progress toward goals and adjust plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross functional business partners to streamline process operations and meet organizational goals. Contribute to organizational projects and initiatives that involve multiple teams or functions.
- Plan organize and lead meetings to communicate goals updates key priorities and areas of opportunity. Clearly define action items responsibilities and deadlines during meetings.

Skills
- Specialized Knowledge : Knowledge and experience with budget management P&L establishment of controls performance analysis and interpretation development of KPIs preferred. Knowledge of the wholesale and/or retail industry preferred.
- Special Skills : Strong leadership and project management skills. Decisionmaking coaching and influencing and team building skills
- Other: : Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel. Proficient with complex systems including Oracle Hyperion or Workday.

Years Of Experience
- 57 years of relevant experience including a minimum of 3 years in inventory management.
- Experience with inventory management or warehousing systems and software preferred
