Responsibilities include but are not limited to: assisting/waiting on customers and service technicians for parts needs filling online orders achieve assigned sales goals stocking shelves checkin and shipping parts to customers and maintaining core control.
Also handle incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously assist in maintaining showroom displays parts counter area and catalogs etc. and keep current with new products and promotions.
Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent some collegelevel course work preferred with at least two years of workrelated experience and medium/heavy duty truck experience preferred.
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external customers. Drug screening and criminal clearances are also required.
