AUTOMOTIVE MASTER TECHNICIAN EXPERIENCED

The Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.00 and $42.00. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.What We Offer

Responsibilities
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
- Testdrive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnosing maintaining and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine transmission electrical steering suspension brakes air conditioning etc.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Qualifications
- 23 years of experience servicing/diagnosing and repairing cars
- ASE certifications are ideal
- Strong automotive background
- Strong teamwork skills
- Willing to submit to a drug screen& background check
- Must have clean & valid drivers license
