Job Description
Looking for your next challenge in a fastpaced collaborative environment RSP is hiring an experienced Project Architect / Project Captain to join our retail team. Youll work with wellknown clients on a variety of projects from groundup builds to remodels bringing their vision to life through thoughtful engaging retail spaces. In this role youll lead projects from Schematic Design through construction handling everything from initial code analysis and design coordination to producing construction documents and coordinating with clients consultants permit expediters contractors and building officials. Qualifications:
- Architectural Degree required
- Professional Architecture Degree a plus
- Architectural registration is a plus
- Experience working with retail clients preferred
- 5 years professional experience in an architecture firm preferred
- Proficiency in Revit required
- Proficiency in Bluebeam is a plus

Responsibilities include:
- Aligning the efforts associated with project scope and deliverables
- Developing and delivering technical design
- Meeting deadlines on assigned projects
- Supporting the design process in conjunction with delivering the construction documents
- Maintaining and strengthening relationships with clients consultants and vendors through project work
- Being a positive representative for the firm within our industry
