EMBS Engineering is currently recruiting for a Mill Turn CAD CAM Programmer to join a precision engineering company located in Northampton working on a permanent basis.

The business is a leading specialist in manufacturing complex safetycritical components for a number of high profile markets.
Due to continued success and further growth our client requires additional support within their machining department.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Generate programs (mill turn/turning/milling) run/adjust themand set up tooling.
- Create programs using both online and offline CAD CAM software.
- Produce and inspect first off parts against drawings ensuring output meets quality standards
- Meet production schedules and perform routine machine maintenance.
Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate:
- Minimum 5years CNC machining experience
- Mill Turn / Turn Mill machining skills
- Ability to set / operate / edit & program CNC Mill Turn Machines
- Experience working with Fanuccontrol panels
- CAD CAM programming capabilities
- Multi axis machining
- Minimum 5years machining complex parts for precision industries including Aerospace Automotive Nuclear MOD Oil & Gas etc
- Ability to confidently read and interpret engineering drawings
