Admissions Team Member
Job Summary: Our Admissions and Gift Shop Team Members greet customers in a friendly welcoming manner. You are the first point of contact guests have when they enter Otherworld. The role of a Admissions and Gift Shop Team Members will encompass duties in the Ticket Office Cafe and Gift Shop.
Operate the Ticket Office. Team Members are present at the ticket office whenever we are open. From the ticket office they greet and direct guests answer questions fulfill presale tickets sell tickets control the flow of guests into the exhibit and keep the ticket office area clean and tidy.
Run the Gift Shop. Team Members are present at the cafe whenever we are open. From the shop they greet and direct guests answer questions sell merchandise and keep the shop area clean stocked and tidy.
Manage Cafe. Team Members are present at the restaurant whenever we are open. From the cafe/bar they greet and direct guests answer questions sell food and beverages and keep the area clean stocked and tidy.
Clean and maintain our beautiful space. Team Members help maintain and sustain Otherworld by providing daily cleaning and organization of frontofhouse and backofhouse areas.
Help wherever and whenever necessary. Team Members are just one part of Otherworld. Each part works together helping out however is necessary to make Otherworld as successful as possible. We do this because we care about our community believe in what were doing and enjoy making incredible experiences for our guests.
Qualifications
Qualifications
At least 18 years old
Weekend availability
Customer service experience
Excellent interpersonal skills including having an approachable and friendly manner
Reliable transportation
Ability to perform general cleaning duties to company standards descriptions
