Our client a prestigious hotel brand is seeking a dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead the operations of their property. In this role you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a high standard of service optimizing guest satisfaction and driving profitability. As the face of the hotel you will oversee all aspects of operations from front desk management to housekeeping and ensure that our guests have an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities:



Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management with at least 2 years in a general manager role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and manage budgets effectively.
  • Proficient in hotel management software and property management systems.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple priorities.
