Your mission as Inbound Digital Martech & Automation Manager (m/f/d)

As an Inbound Digital Martech & Automation Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for designing implementing and managing marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce and Pardot. Your role will focus on lead generation nurturing and driving customer engagement through automated workflows email marketing and datadriven strategies. You will also optimize inbound digital assets ensure data integrity and contribute to the continuous improvement of our marketing technology stack.

What else will you be doing as Inbound Digital Martech & Automation Manager (m/f/d)

• Developing and executing multichannel marketing campaigns via Pardot

• Building and optimizing lead nurturing workflows using segmentation scoring models and automation rules

• Ensuring data integrity and managing integrations between Pardot and Salesforce CRM

• Creating reports and dashboards to track KPIs such as lead quality conversion rates and ROI

• Defining and implementing an email marketing strategy based on user experience

• Analyzing campaign results and identifying trends to improve effectiveness

• Collaborating with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals

• Documenting processes and training stakeholders for knowledge transfer

• You have at least 2 years of handson experience with Salesforce Pardot (certification preferred)

• You have strong knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and lead generation techniques

• You are familiar with CRM integration and marketing automation workflows

• You have excellent analytical skills and can interpret data into actionable insights

• You have strong project management and communication skills

• Fluent in English and German

• You are willing to work 12 days per week at our office in Duisburg or Dreieich

• You are willing to travel occasionally
