Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with our UHNW clients through daytoday communications and servicing their needs in a quick efficient and clear matter at the highest standard;
- Working directly and collaboratively with a team of professionals where the focus is on client relationships and building a sustainable wealth management business;
- Act as primary contact for clients responding to inquiries concerns and requests in a professional timeefficient manner (account transactions requests account documentation account reporting etc.;
- Implementation of investment recommendations by executing trade orders on Dataphile for equity fixed income new issues foreign currency and alternative investment products;
- Maintain client accounts and compile statistical information and generate reports;
- Provide proactive client service by working collaboratively with various departments within the firm to ensure smooth and timely solutions;
- Prepare and maintain client documentation including account applications financial statements and other compliancerelated forms. Ensuring accurate uptodate and compliant with industry regulatory requirements to mitigate risk;
- Assist and participate in preparing client portfolio reviews;
- Prepare comprehensive annual tax package;
- Track and prepare subscription documentation for private placements while working closely with syndication department and ensure completion to meet hard deadlines;
- Involvement in developing the wealth business using various marketing initiatives;
- Perform additional administrative duties and projects as required to support Lead Investment Advisor and team as needed;
- Continue education and complete regular compliance training to ensure up to date with firm and CIRO compliance requirements.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Fully fluent in English;
- Proficiency in other languages a plus
- Able to legally work in Canada;
- CIROlicensed as a Registered Representative;
- Canadian Securities Course and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course
- Minimum 8 years of related experience with a wellrounded knowledge of the securities industry including private placements;
- Must work effectively in a team environment to jointly service ultrahigh net worth clients;

- Must be able to work effectively with crossfunctional teams within the firm;
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
