• Employee Attraction & Recruitment: Development implementation and design of strategies to attract talented specialists primarily in the areas of software development and natural sciences incl. Implementation of active sourcing measures and of job interviews
• KPIs & Reporting: Development and analysis of HR key figures and KPIs as well as regular reporting to support datadriven strategic decisions
• Team Development: Design and implementation of training and development programs for our employees
• Employer Branding: Strengthening Kipus employer brand through targeted communication strategies in close collaboration with our marketing department
• Onboarding & integration: Ensuring a smooth onboarding of new employees through structured onboarding processes
• Employee retention: Implementing measures to retain talent in the long term and promote a positive corporate culture. This includes for example employee surveys or the organization of allcompany events
• HR administration: Ensuring and further developing operational HR processes; drawing up employment contracts and reference letters; preparatory payroll accounting in collaboration with an external tax office

• Completed studies in HR management business administration psychology physics IT or comparable qualifications
• Several years of experience in a generalist HR function ideally in a startup or technologydriven agile environment
• Experience in recruiting and active sourcing of professionals in the fields of natural sciences and software development or related disciplines
• Structured and analytical way of working as well as experience in dealing with HR KPIs reporting and labor law topics
• Experience in the development and implementation of employer branding and employee development measures
• Experience in Personio Jira/Confluence and MS Office Tools (PowerPoint Excel Word)
• High level of initiative sense of responsibility strong communication skills and a good feel for people and corporate cultures

Kipu Quantum is a German startup focused on quantum computing with offices in Karlsruhe and Berlin. We specialize in developing quantum algorithms tailored for specific applications and hardware. Our solutions help various industries including pharmaceuticals chemicals logistics and finance to tackle complex problems using existing quantum hardware. We aim to make practical quantum computing accessible by significantly reducing the time needed to achieve quantum advantage for realworld applications.

In December 2023 Kipu Quantum secured 10.5 million in seed funding led by HV Capital and DTCF (DeepTech & Climate Fonds) with participation from Entrada Ventures Quantonation and First Momentum Ventures. This funding will support the development of our hardwarespecific quantum algorithms and accelerate the commercialization of our quantum solutions.
