As part of our mission to shape the future of engineering materials we are seeking an Advanced Development Expert to join our talented team. This role is integral to driving forward our advanced material solutions ensuring that we remain at the forefront of technological advancements.

Your Role:

As an Advanced Development Expert you will lead projects that focus on the development of new technologies and processes. You will collaborate across various departments to translate innovative ideas into operational strategies and ensure their successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new applications and technologies aligned with the companys innovation strategy.
• Build strong close relationships with customers managing and leading complex projects independently.
• Act as the technical expert for customer discussions challenging and influencing stakeholders effectively.
• Translate customer needs into actionable development projects and material solutions.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Were looking for a passionate and driven individual who possesses:

• A Masters degree or Ph.D in Materials Science Engineering or a related field.
• 5 years of relevant industry experience in research and development of advanced materials.
• Ability to handle pushback and remain resilient under pressure.
• Experience in automotive electronics like Tesla Ford or any other GM company
• Work independently with confidence selfmotivation and accountability.
• Knowledge of current trends in material science and engineering.
• Proficiency in relevant software and laboratory techniques.
