Keagans in Virginia Beach Town Center VA is a one of a kind experience for both guests and staff! Encompassing a large community oriented pub and restaurant as well as the Vice Bar brand next door; Keagans emphasizes an experience that centers around having a good time! You enjoy interacting and generating a high level of connection with guests; with the guest experience always at the forefront of your mind
You take pride in your position from the quality of service and hospitality that you provide to the product that you are serving
You are a Team Player considerate to the experience of all guests as well as the experience of your fellow employees
You have strong organization and communication skills as well as the ability to multitask
You understand Genuine hospitality
You have a high level of passion for and strong knowledge of food and beverage
You have experience in a highvolume fullservice restaurant setting
You ideally have TIPs alcohol procedures certification alongside any State or County required license requirements for the service of food and alcohol
What You Will be Doing
Making food and beverage recommendations to guests to best suit their preferences and personal tastes
Serving food and beverages to guests in a friendly timely and accurate manner within an assigned section
Interacting with guests
Adhering to all local and state laws regarding the service of alcohol and food; including Steps of Service and alcohol service standards
Ensuring that the section and associated stations / areas are kept stocked and are maintained in an organized clean and sanitary manner
Ensuring that all setup and breakdown tasks are completed to standard
Assisting in representing the brand and business at the local level
