Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Frenchspeaking FX Trainee Conversion Specialist with strong sales experience to join our dynamic team in Cyprus. This is a fantastic opportunity to enter the fastpaced world of Forex trading where high energy and strong sales skills translate into unlimited earning potential.
Position: FX Trainee Conversion Agent
Location: Limassol Cyprus
Employment type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary commission
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with potential clients and convert leads into active traders.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and loyalty.
- Utilize sales techniques to maximize client acquisition and trading volume.
- Educate clients on trading platforms products and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Promote the companys products and service
- Proven track record in sales
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills able to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Goaloriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets motivated by performance metrics and driven to deliver results
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs able to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic sales environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent German speaker (both written and spoken).
- Proven sales experience (FX finance or any salesdriven industry preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ambitious resultsdriven and eager to learn.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced targetdriven environment
- Ability to work with deadlines & targets
- Great objectionhandling skills
