Job Description
Per apertura di una nuova officina meccanica si ricerca una receptionist fulltime.
Le sue responsabilit chiave saranno:
- accettazione e assistenza clienti
- gestione dellagenda appuntamenti
- gestione chiamate e posta elettronica
- registrazione di fatture e di pagamenti.
Si valuteranno i profili con i seguenti requisiti:
- precisione e seriet
- buon utilizzo del pc e del pacchetto Office in particolare Excel
- ottime doti relazionali.
Si offre:
- possibilit di aumento retributivo
- formazione professionale retribuita
- contratto a tempo determinato.
