Type: Fulltime
We are looking for a B2B Marketing Specialist who is passionate creative and driven to lead impactful marketing campaigns and organize webinars and events in Japan both online and offline. You will have the opportunity to create compelling content that strengthens brand visibility generates leads and drives adoption of our English learning platform.
Tasks
Plan and execute marketing campaigns for the Japan market.
Organize webinars workshops and events targeting companies and educational institutions.
Work with agencies to optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook LinkedIn LINE Google Ads etc.
Write engaging content for social media and email campaigns.
Manage endtoend event logistics from budgeting to postevent reporting.
Analyze campaign performance conversion rates and calculate ROI.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (business development customer success etc. and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in digital/performance marketing.
- Solid knowledge of modern B2B marketing strategies and lead generation tactics.
- Proficiency in paid advertising tools and platforms (e.g. Facebook LINE LinkedIn Google Ads Google Tag Manager Google Analytics).
- Strong Japanese copywriting skills; ability to communicate in English for internal coordination.
- Proven track record in event/webinar marketing with measurable impact.
- Strong project management and multitasking skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in branding PR and communications is a big plus.
