Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detailoriented Sprayer / Applicator to join our team in Western Nebraska. The ideal candidate will have experience operating commercial sprayers or farm equipment and a passion for delivering highquality service to local growers. Youll be responsible for the accurate application of crop protection and fertilizer products while maintaining safety and equipment standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain application equipment including sprayers and spreaders
Accurately apply fertilizers and crop protection products to grower fields
Work closely with agronomy team to ensure proper application and timing
Maintain detailed application records and compliance with regulatory standards
Assist with general agronomy center operations when needed
Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally in the field
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Experience with agricultural sprayers or farm equipment strongly preferred
Familiarity with Nebraska crops fertilizers and ag chemical products
Mechanically inclined and able to perform routine equipment maintenance
Strong attention to detail selfmotivated and customer service focused
Nebraska Applicator License (or willingness to obtain)
CDL is a plus but not required
