Job Description
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and serviceoriented Banquet Servers to join our events team. This position is essential to ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests during weddings corporate functions and other special events. The ideal candidate will bring energy professionalism and a passion for hospitality to every event.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and arrange banquet tables chairs and dining areas according to event plans and layouts
Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously throughout events
Clear dishes and bus tables promptly to maintain a tidy dining area
Keep the service area clean and wellorganized at all times
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure seamless service
Assist with event setup and breakdown including transporting supplies and equipment
Support other team members and assist with additional duties as needed
Requirements
Qualifications:
Previous experience in food service catering or hospitality preferred
Knowledge of banquet operations and event service procedures is a plus
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and maintain attention to detail
Positive team player with a flexible cando attitude
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred. Previous experience as a cook in a hotel, restaurant, or similar setting. Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
