Job Description:

We are seeking skilled General labor/SitDown FL & electric pallet jack Operators to join our team at a facility In Memphis Tennessee. As a Forklift Operator you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of products throughout the warehouse loading/unloading trucks and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. This is a highpaced role that requires strong attention to safety detail and commitment to shift schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate sitdown forklifts & electric pallet jack to move locate stack and count products.

Load and unload products from trailers and place them in designated areas.

Safely stack and retrieve products according to order sheets.

Maintain high accuracy and careful handling to avoid damage to products or property.

Assist with general warehouse duties such as general labor.

Perform daily equipment inspections to ensure forklifts are operating safely.

Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience operating sitdown forklifts.

Forklift certification preferred.

Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Ability to work a first shift Monday Friday

Physical Requirements:

Capability to stand sit bend and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Qualifications: Previous warehouse experience required, with knowledge of packing, picking, and shipping procedures. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 80 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in picking, packing. Good communication skills and ability to work well with others. Must be reliable and punctual, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work third shift hours (typically from [start time] to [end time], including weekends if required
