Job Description
We re seeking selfmotivated dependable individuals for parttime Package Handler positions. This is a physical fastpaced warehouse role where staying focused and managing your time well is key. If you thrive working independently and enjoy handson work this could be a great fit for you.
Youll play an essential role in keeping FedEx deliveries moving on time all while being trusted to stay ontask without constant supervision.
Position Details:
What You ll Do:
Load and unload FedEx packages from delivery trucks
Sort and scan packages by destination
Operate handheld scanners for tracking and labeling
Keep your workspace organized and efficient
Stay on task and meet productivity goals with minimal supervision
What We re Looking For:
Must be at least 18 years old
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Able to lift up to 150 lbs unassisted
Strong selfmanagement and timemanagement skills
Reliable focused and able to work independently
Comfortable with physical labor and being on your feet
Requirements
Shifts Available:
Early Morning
Weekends (as needed)
Typical shift length: 4 6 hours

Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required 2+ years of experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation coordination, or related operational role Proficient in using dispatch or route management software (experience with FedEx systems is a plus) Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar tools Valid driver s license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 150 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed (loading/unloading assistance, safety checks) Flexible availability, including occasional weekends or extended hours as operational needs require Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a leadership or supervisory role Knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation compliance Prior experience working with FedEx or similar delivery services Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions under pressure Familiarity with vehicle maintenance scheduling and safety protocols Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Key Attributes: Highly organized with strong attention to detail Customer-service oriented mindset Ability to coach and motivate team members Adaptable, reliable, and solution-driven
