Job Description
This is a remote position.
As a Virtual Client Travel Advisor you will assist clients in planning and booking their travels. You will be the person for providing travel recommendations arranging hotel and resort accommodations and helping clients create an unforgettable travel experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop customized travel itineraries for clients.
- Book transportation
- Answer clients questions regarding travel policies and recommendations
- Provide excellent customer service
- Resolve and travel issues.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have internet
- Must speak English
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of travel destinations and online booking platforms is a plus.
