About the job
We are seeking an Account Executive (Emerging Career) to sell SAS Solutions to Life Sciences prospects. This Sales opening utilizes their professional skills to deliver customer business value through the creative use of SAS products technologies and services in collaboration with a team of other SAS professionals.

What Youll Do:
- Take ownership of a defined growth territory in Life Sciences driving business expansion through innovation and collaboration.
- Lead your own account strategy with a resultsoriented mindset creating tailored approaches to meet customer needs and business goals.
- Prospect with precision identifying and qualifying highimpact opportunities that address complex industry challenges.
- Collaborate with global teams including EMEA to craft strategies and deliver worldclass solutions.
- Grow existing partnerships while cultivating new relationships that lead to measurable results.
Required Skills:
- Experience: 143 years of experience working in sales preferabbly in the Life Sciences or related industries.
- Education:Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering Science or a related field.
- Skills: Exceptional prospecting relationshipbuilding and strategic account management skills.
- Mindset: A selfstarter who thrives in leading their own account strategy to achieve tangible results.
- Flexibility: Ability to travel up to 50 or as needed to meet business goals.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience selling and prospecting into drug development companies
- Live in Cary NC with the ability to work in a hybrid capacity
- An understanding of use of software in a regulated environment
