Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and detailoriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will provide basic nursing care under the direction of registered nurses and physicians. The ideal candidate is dedicated to delivering highquality patient care and has strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess patients health status including vital signs and report changes to healthcare providers.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist in wound care dressing changes and other nursing tasks.
- Provide personal care such as bathing dressing and grooming for patients as needed.
- Document patient information including medical history treatments and responses to care.
- Communicate effectively with patients families and the healthcare team to ensure highquality care.
- Support patients with daily activities and provide companionship to improve their emotional wellbeing.
- Assist with patient mobility and transfers.
- Maintain a clean safe and organized environment.
- Educate patients and families about healthcare needs and discharge instructions.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Valid state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Previous experience in healthcare especially in a clinical or longterm care setting is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize patient care needs.
- Compassionate empathetic and dedicated to improving patient outcomes.
