Job Description
The Spa Managers primary objective is to craft an exceptional and rejuvenating experience for guests while driving the efficient and profitable operation of the spa team. We are seeking a Spa Manager with extensive experience in luxury resort operations someone who is openminded energetic and brimming with innovative ideas. The ideal candidate will create a unique and competitive spa experience that stands out in the local market.
Key Responsibilities & Projects:
Evaluate Current Offerings: Conduct a comprehensive review of existing spa and wellness services to identify opportunities for improvement.
Innovate & Upgrade: Design and implement cuttingedge treatments and elevate the overall spa product to meet and exceed guest expectations.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead by example with active training mentorship and empowerment of the spa team to deliver excellence.
Future Planning: Strategically plan for a major spa upgrade scheduled for 2025/2026 ensuring alignment with the resorts vision for luxury and innovation.

Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in this role
- Indepth knowledge of spa operations
- Experience in luxury hotel environments
