Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Minimum of 18 months experience in a retention role for ISP/Telco or similar environment in a commercial setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on retention and relationship building
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets
- Experience in project management particularly in installations and upgrades
- Proven track record in identifying and leveraging upgrade and crossselling opportunities
- Resilience and ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to make sound commercial decisions
- Knowledge of telecommunications industry trends and technologies (preferred)
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field (preferred)
