About Us
Cybears is a fastgrowing cybersecurity company operating across the Middle East and Africa. We leverage Odoo to manage critical business processes across CRM Sales Projects and Service Operations. As we expand we are looking for a skilled Odoo consultant to help us customize and optimize our current implementation.
Role Overview
We are seeking a professional Odoo Functional Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of handson experience to lead customization effortswithout the need for new development or module creation.
This role requires validated functional expertise in Odoo strong communication skills and the ability to align technical configurations with business objectives.
Location:Remote / Algeria (preferred)
Contract Duration:3 months (with potential renewal)
Start Date: Immediate
Engagement Type: Freelance / ContractBased
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business workflows and translate them into Odoo functional configurations.
- Customize existing Odoo modules (Sales CRM Project Helpdesk etc. to meet specific operational needs.Z
- Support automation of interdepartmental processes within Odoo.
- Work with internal stakeholders to optimize user experience and operational flow.
- Create and maintain clear documentation for all configurations and customizations
- Provide internal user training and postcustomization support.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with Odoo (Functional Consultant or similar role).
- Proven track record in customizing Odoo modules (not developing new modules).
- Strong understanding of Odoo Studio workflows reports and business process mapping.
- Excellent communication documentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with multimodule environments (CRM Projects Helpdesk Sales etc.
Evaluation Process
- Candidates will be required to complete a 3day paid confirmation engagement to demonstrate their ability to deliver on realworld tasks.
Contract Terms
Initial Duration: 3 months
Renewal: Based on performance and project needs
Location: Fully remote (Algeriabased applicants preferred)
